Meditate with Ann

Ann began meditating after her stage IV cancer diagnosis. It wasn't easy so she stopped and started many times. She knew it would be beneficial, but how do you stop and sit with yourself when you are feeling such big emotions and physical discomfort?

How do you meditate when you are feeling sick from chemotherapy? How do you settle your mind before getting your scan results?

Over the years with recurring cancer, Ann was determined to find a way. She learned from many different teachers, authors, and friends. But it was her inner journey that provided the most wisdom.

7 years of recurring cancer and now, since she has become serious about her meditation practice, she has been cancer free for over 3 years.

Creating inner peace, joy, and healing is possible.

Ann is proof.

Why Meditate?

Meditation has been shown to help:

relieve anxiety | reduce stress | improve fatigue | improve sleep | elevate mood

Meditation is a mind-body complementary therapy. It may be used with conventional treatment for health conditions. Meditation is generally considered safe and uses concentration, awareness, and reflection to relax the body and calm the mind.
